HubSpot AI, branded Breeze, is the set of AI features and agents built into HubSpot’s customer platform. Instead of a standalone chatbot, it lives inside Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and Content Hub, so it can draft emails, landing pages and blog posts, answer customer questions, research prospects and summarize records using the data already in your CRM.
AI features run on HubSpot Credits. Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy more at $0.010 per credit.
Key features
- Breeze Assistant to draft content, summarize records and answer questions across HubSpot.
- Customer Agent that resolves support questions on chat and email using your knowledge base.
- Data Agent and Prospecting tools to research companies and enrich CRM records.
- Agent Builder to create custom agents for your own processes.
- AI content tools for emails, landing pages, blogs, social posts and ad copy.
- AI reporting that turns plain-English questions into dashboards.

Our experience using HubSpot AI
The biggest advantage is context. When Breeze drafts a follow-up email it knows the contact’s deal stage and past emails, and the Customer Agent answers using your own help articles. That makes the output far more usable than copying data into a general chatbot like ChatGPT.
The downside is that HubSpot gets expensive quickly once you need Professional features, and credit-based AI usage makes budgeting harder.
Who should use HubSpot AI?
HubSpot AI suits small and mid-size businesses that want marketing, sales and support in one system with AI on top. Start with the free CRM, move to Starter for email automation, and only upgrade to Professional when you need advanced automation and agents at scale.
HubSpot AI vs alternatives
For pure ad creative, AdCreative.ai is more specialized. For marketing copy, compare Jasper and Copy.ai. For SEO research and content optimization, pair HubSpot with Semrush or Surfer SEO.
