Our experience using Motion
Motion removes the daily question of what to work on next: it builds a realistic schedule and shifts tasks automatically when a meeting runs over. For people juggling many deadlines, that alone is worth the price.
Teams that do not want an AI controlling calendars may prefer Asana or ClickUp. For a lighter AI workspace, try Taskade.
Who should use Motion?
Motion suits founders, freelancers, managers and small teams with packed calendars who want AI to plan their time.
Motion vs alternatives
ClickUp and Asana are fuller project tools without auto-scheduling. Taskade is a cheaper AI workspace. Notion AI suits docs-first teams.
